This year, we will allow authors to submit their abstracts for one of the presentation types below. You may choose to be considered for both presentation types or just one specific, but you will not be offered more than one if the abstract is accepted by the OC.
Poster presentation: Poster presentations will be given a 1-minute prerecorded pitch in plenary form. Afterwards, they will be given a breakout room where the conference participants can visit to discuss the content. Each poster presenter should have 3-5 slides that can be presented in less than 5 min in their breakout room.
Oral presentation: A limited number of oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts. Each oral presentation will be given in a plenary format and will be 15 min long, followed by 5 min Q&A.
The Organising committee will review and select approved Oral and Poster abstracts for inclusion in the programme.
