I am interested in the mechanisms involved in signal integration in the striatum, mostly in the case of cyclic nucleotides. Using genetically-encoded biosensors, my team analyzed the highly non-linear responsiveness of medium-sized spiny neurons, and described the contribution of phosphodiesterases in these mechanisms.
